Why Do I Need To Pay For An Upgrade?

We offer our users free updates when it comes to bug fixes and operating system updates. However, when we offer new versions of a plugin that contain new features and content we charge an upgrade fee. This is do to the fact that you are getting more tools & content then previous versions.
