Refund Eligibility
- All customers are entitled to request a refund within a limited window of 14 days from the date of purchase.
- Refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
- Refund requests for WAV Sample Packs or Sample Collections are not accepted. Due to the nature of these products, wherein access is granted upon purchase and cannot be revoked, we are unable to process refunds for them.
- Clark Pro Audio, LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests if you cannot provide a valid or justifiable reason for the refund request. Common valid reasons might include technical issues, product defects, or dissatisfaction with the product’s functionality.
- Clark Pro Audio, LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests if we suspect that the request is made with malicious intent or fraud.
- Clark Pro Audio, LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests if the requester has violated terms of use or license agreement such as sharing license keys, attempting to reverse-engineer the software, or using it for illegal purposes.
