Some users have recently reported being redirected to pages full of code when they try to download a product. 

We currently use a highly protective and high speed cloud service to deliver our product downloads. When attempting to download our products some strict web browsers may block the automatic download and redirect you to a page full of code.

The quickest way to remove this issue is to open a different web browser then the one you are currently using to download your products. Browsers that seem to cause this issue include FireFox. Try using a different browser like Chrome, or Safari to quickly resolve this issue.
