We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all audio software products. If a refund is issued, the associated license key will be deactivated.
For sample packs, once the product has been successfully downloaded from your account, the 14-day refund policy applies to store credit only. This is due to the nature of digital downloads—once the files have been delivered, they cannot be returned or access revoked.
