Looking for your downloads?
All currently supported Clark Audio products and available downloads can be found in your Clark Audio account dashboard.
01 — Check Your Account
Log in to the Clark Audio account associated with your purchase and check your Downloads section.
02 — Check for Available Updates
If an updated version of your product is available to you, it will appear in your account dashboard.
For some older products, customers may have been sent a special upgrade offer by email. Search the inbox associated with your purchase for emails from Clark Audio.
03 — Older & Discontinued Products
Clark Audio does not provide replacement download links for discontinued or unsupported products.
If an older download link has expired, the product is no longer available in your account, and no current version is available in your dashboard, our support team cannot provide a new download link.
If an upgrade or replacement version was made available for your product, please check your Clark Audio account dashboard and the email address associated with your original purchase.
