All of our current instrument plugins follow the same installation process. Most installation issues are caused by a missed step during installation.
01 — Install the Plugin
Download the plugin installer for Windows or Mac, then open the installer and follow the steps to install the plugin.
02 — Download & Unzip the Samples
Download the Samples folder and unzip it. Inside the folder, you should see .ch1 files.
Do not rename, move, delete, or edit the individual .ch1 files.
Move the entire Samples folder to a permanent, secure location on your computer.
You can store the Samples folder on an external drive, but the drive must be connected whenever you use the plugin.
03 — Open Your DAW & Rescan Plugins
Open your DAW and rescan your plugins. Once the scan is complete, load the plugin.
04 — Locate the Samples Folder
When you first open the plugin, it will ask you to locate the Samples folder.
Click Choose Samples Folder and select the uncompressed Samples folder you downloaded in Step 2.
05 — Activate Your Plugin
Enter the license key provided on your download page when prompted.
06 — Restart the Plugin
Close the plugin completely, then reopen it in your DAW.
