Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the product has been downloaded.

Once a download has occurred, we are unable to offer a standard refund, as digital files cannot be returned.

That said, if you experience technical issues or are unhappy with your purchase under certain circumstances, please contact us. We may, at our discretion, offer store credit after reviewing the situation.

In the past, we offered unrestricted refunds. However, due to repeated abuse of refund requests for products that were downloaded and used, we have had to adjust this policy to protect our business and creators.
