Because Clark Audio products are digital downloads, all sales are considered final once a product has been downloaded.
Once a download has occurred, we are unable to offer a standard refund because digital products cannot be returned.
If you are experiencing a technical issue with your purchase, please follow the applicable troubleshooting steps before submitting a support request.
In certain circumstances, we may review a request and, at our discretion, offer store credit. Store credit and other exceptions are not guaranteed and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Before Requesting a Refund
Please understand:
- Downloaded products are not eligible for standard refunds.
- Being unable to use a product because your DAW or computer is incompatible does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund.
- Technical problems should first be addressed through our troubleshooting/support process.
- Any store credit or refund exception is provided solely at Clark Audio’s discretion.
